A Human-centered Approach To Innovation

Design thinking is a human-centered approach of creating and testing innovative ideas to improve a product/service or solve existing problems. Instead of looking from the outside in (the business’ point of view), it works the other way around: it’s customer centric.

By using design thinking, you make decisions based on what future customers really want instead of relying only on historical data or making risky bets based on instinct instead of evidence.

A Design Sprint is a time-constrained, 5 day process that uses design thinking to reduce the risk when bringing a new product, service or a feature to the market. It is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers.

In this workshop we are going to develop new ideas for a new product or service and design, prototype and test them with your customers.
